Our concept is very clear: BRUNCH!

This means breakfast, lunch and everything in between.

Expect a menu filled with local produce that was delivered in the morning and prepped and cooked on your plate 2 hours later.

I’m talking eggs that are still a bit warm because a few hours ago they were still sitting in a very comfy space 😉
A crooked cucumber because cucumbers are just crooked when they are organically produced and don’t have to follow EU regulation to get sold in a big supermarket.
A zucchini that still has some birdshit stuck to it.

Of course you can expect some cleaning up of the products 😜 before we turn them into a well balanced, very tasteful and perfectly seasoned brunch.

PS: if you wanna have avocado’s or croissants, there are plenty of other places around the city

the concept on the weekend is simple:
you get the best of everything.

liters of nutty coffee, crisp & salty flavor bombs and the biggest classics you will find among the sweet ones.

Basically what I mean: we select 4 dishes on saturday and 5 dishes on sunday from our week menu and serve them in different courses. Some of which are shared.
I know- personally I’m a ‘Joey doesn’t share food’ type, but sharing food is the only way not to get into a food coma.

The menu is always a combination of sweet and salty dishes and includes filter coffee and tea.
Don’t expect eggs and bacon (that’s what you make at home, no?!), but not so classic spreads, creamy congees, brioche french toast, ..
To make sure everybody can enjoy our menu, the dishes are always vegetarian and pregnantproof.

weekend brunch - 5 courses: € 35 worth your while (price per person)

During the weekend it’s not possible to eat à la carte. We only serve our weekend brunch.
